The Parent Handle attaches to the Speedster Fire Truck, Speedster Freestyle Pink, Speedster Freestyle and the Speedster Hot Dog Scoot-A-Long cars only. When attached, the front wheels are slightly elevated and there are foot pegs for the child's feet. It lets the parent control the direction of the speedster.
